Sweetwater Oaks resident Greg Gary was blessed with incredible foresight and an entrepreneurial spirit, gifts he has cultivated over time. From the accolades he earned playing baseball in his youth to his college years at Oglethorpe University and the University of Colorado, Greg has been no stranger to success. After graduating, Greg served 6 years in the United States Army where he honed his skills to “adapt, improvise and overcome,” developing the solid foundation and values that have become the hallmark of his success.

After the army, Greg returned to his hometown of Ft. Myers, FL where he started his financial planning career and began to play a pivotal role in transforming the face of the city. He could see where the city’s potential was for growth, so he financed a real estate brokerage that specialized in matching investor groups to the right locations for their projects as well as offering alternative investment opportunities.

A rarity of its kind, the brokerage quickly became a success. Greg served as a vital resource for his financial planning clientele, becoming the go to source for investors. With 30 solid years of experience under his belt, Greg sold his financial planning firm and shifted his focus to a new challenge: the title business. His knowledge and tenacity allowed for a smooth transition, with the launch of his Orlando Title Insurance Company in 2004. Today Greg Gary and Grace Title, Inc continue to help local Realtors, home buyers, sellers, builders, developers and investors, his innovative strategy and ingenuity the perfect complement to their own expertise as he provides peace of mind and creative solutions to get the deal done.

Often referred to as influential and a man of vision in Central Florida, Greg Gary is an astute and tenacious business man, with many successes under his belt. Those who know him best will attest that he lives for the next challenge and the thrill of the hunt, and is never satisfied with the status quo. His eye is always on the ball, watching to see where it’s headed next. As a result, people from all walks of life — from celebrities, professional athletes and Fortune 500 executives to couples just beginning their future together and individuals planning for their retirement — have relied upon his experience and business acumen to ensure the solidity of their financial future.

However, when Greg Gary moved to Orlando in 1990 with his wife of 39 years, Jill Gary, his primary concern was securing his daughter’s future. It was time for her to enter high school and she needed a high level of academics and tennis program, which could not be found in their hometown. Understanding the importance of family and education, he researched schools throughout the state, and decided to move his family to the Sweetwater Oaks-Wekiva area. Of all the titles and accolades that have been bestowed on him, devoted family man is the one that he takes the most pride in.

Greg’s pioneering spirit continued to flourish as he laid roots in the Sweetwater Oaks community. Inspired by the real estate visionaries and entrepreneurs of the past, like Walt Disney and Greg’s former mentor Truett Cathy, Greg possesses a natural eye for real estate development and progression. This has only enhanced his value to his clientele and is currently propelling Grace Title to become the premier title company in Florida. Through the attributes of Integrity, Value and Magnificent Service Greg Gary and Grace Title strive towards this goal, their commitment evident as the company continues to grow and prosper.

On any given day, you can catch the President and heart of Grace Title, Inc. offering advice on a local radio program, unwinding with business associates at his favorite cigar bar, or hosting a charity fundraiser. He has been deeply involved in many civic and faith based organizations over the years, including the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation and currently serves on the Prison Fellowship and the Good News Jail and Prison Ministry. He organizes an annual golf tournament to raise money for the chaplains of this ministry who have sacrificed material goods and wealth to give their life to mentor those who have lost their freedom. He is a member of ORRA, FAMB, FLTA, HBA and the CCIM.

Greg’s incredible generosity and character have touched the lives of many, from his humanitarian pursuits to the employees that he treats like family. Known by locals as “The Central Florida Source," Greg Gary’s heartfelt involvement and commitment to his community have earned him deep respect and admiration across the state.
