Jade Alexandra is the other half of The Central Florida Source. An entrepreneurial spirit, Jade is a gifted and passionate writer/ghostwriter, editor, marketing consultant, website designer and fitness model.


Diagnosed at 5 years old with Gaucher Disease, a rare, life-threatening metabolic disease, Jade was not supposed to life past 10 years old. Miraculous medical advancements coupled with the unwavering faith and love of her family, Jade not only survived, but went on to become a competitive athlete, writer, and fitness model. Jade went to the University of Miami on an almost full scholarship, including being awarded the prestigious Disney Scholarship. She finished out her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida, earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminology. She went on to complete her Master’s in Media Psychology from Walden University.

Her studies in psychology and criminology coupled with her lifelong passion for positivity and wellness have flooded her with inspiration for her writing, particularly inspirational stories, stories of overcoming adversity, and other emotionally riveting topics detailing the power of the human spirit. As a writer, Jade's unique voice and style is heart-opening and eloquent, with elegant descriptions, captivating prose, and vivid and powerful expression that leaves her readers moved to their core. Besides being co-creator for The Central Florida Source magazine and blog, Jade is also the cofounder of Book Your Story, Inc, a joint ghostwriting venture author and inspirational speaker Marnie Grundman.

Jade also works as the creative go-to for The Central Florida Source himself, Greg Gary, handling all things writing, marketing, website and social media for his title company, Grace Title, Inc as well as his other business and philanthropic ventures.

A mother of two, Jade is also a competitive powerlifter, yogi, and aspiring figure competitor who, after overcoming a death sentence at the age of 9, has since become an icon in the wellness community, inspiring others through her heart-opening writings and videos.
